Al-Hakeem visits the cemetery of Halabja Martyrs and its memorial exhibition
On Friday 16th of March 2012, Sayeed Amar al-Hakeem the head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq visited – during his tour in Sulaimaniya province - the cemetery of Halabja Martyrs and its memorial exhibition as he said a prayer of “the opening” / al-Fatiha part of Quran upon the Martyers graves, asking Allah for mercy upon their souls and bodies
Al-Hakeem also put a Wreath of Flowers to the memorial statue of Halabja victims and visited the exhibition for the targeted city and event victims where dolls made to present the event and the victim’s names on a wall
Al-Hakeem’s tour took place in Sulaimaniya province a part of his northern provinces visit to meet people and politicians there
