    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Affirms Iraq’s Stability Serves Region, World with French Ambassador

    Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, received this evening in his office the Ambassador of the French Republic to Baghdad, Patrick Dorrell, who conveyed his country’s congratulations on the successful parliamentary elections and reaffirmed France’s support for Iraq’s democratic path. 
    Sayyid Al-Hakeem expressed appreciation for these sentiments, noting that the recent elections demonstrated the Iraqi people’s commitment to democracy through high voter turnout, transparent procedures, and the timely announcement of results.
    His Eminence stated that Iraq continues to build on positive developments and is steadily advancing toward lasting stability, emphasizing the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Iraq and France in ways that serve the interests of both nations and their friendly peoples.H.E. also highlighted Iraq’s ongoing engagement with its regional and international surroundings in a manner that preserves sovereignty and supports mutual interests. 
    Sayyid Al-Hakeem underscored the need to prioritize the requirements of the coming phase, particularly services and economic development, affirming that achieving these goals depends on transforming electoral pledges into clear, time-bound action programs.
